Credits and Payments Policy
This document explains how Credits work in Sentava, how they are purchased, used, and consumed.
This document is a working draft prepared for review by a qualified lawyer before Sentava is commercially launched. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as final.
1. What is a Credit
A Credit is the unit of usage within Sentava. Each Credit allows you to run one Check on a Listing. Credits are managed within your Account and shown in your account panel.
2. Free starting Credits
Every new Account automatically receives 2 free Credits upon registration, at no cost.
3. How Credits are consumed
One successful Check consumes exactly 1 Credit. A Credit is deducted from your balance only after a Check has been fully completed and its Analysis Result has been saved to your Account.
If a Check cannot be completed due to a technical error, or because the submitted link is not from a supported platform or otherwise cannot be processed, no Credit is deducted.
4. Credit packages and pricing
Additional Credits can be purchased in the following packages:
- 10 Credits
- 30 Credits
- 100 Credits
Each package is a one-time purchase; Sentava does not currently offer subscription plans. Prices may be shown in local currencies (for example PLN, EUR, GBP, or CZK) depending on your location or preference.
5. Balance and expiry
Your current Credit balance is always visible in your account panel within the Service.
Currently, purchased Credits do not have an expiration date. If this changes in the future, we will inform Users in advance and update this document accordingly.
6. Payment provider
The payment provider used to process Credit purchases is: TO BE CONFIGURED.
7. Refunds and withdrawal from the purchase
Specific refund conditions and procedures: TO BE CONFIGURED.
Credits and Checks may be considered digital content or a digital service under applicable consumer protection law. Depending on the timing of use, this may affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing in this document is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Credit-related complaints and contact
If you believe a Credit was deducted in error, or you experienced a payment issue, please contact us at sentavakontakt@gmail.com with your Account email, the approximate date and time of the issue, and a description of the problem.
