Short version: which cookies and browser storage Sentava uses, and how you can manage them.
This page describes only the mechanisms Sentava actually uses. If we add anything else in the future, we will update it here.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files your browser stores on your device. Browser local storage works in a similar way. Both let a site remember small pieces of information, such as the fact that you are signed in.
2. Essential cookies
Without these, the site and sign-in do not work. We use them to keep your session active and to protect your account.

3. Remembering your preferences
We store your settings in your browser so you do not have to choose them every time:
- your selected interface language,
- your light or dark theme choice.
This stays in your browser and is not used to track you across the internet.
4. Analytics and advertising cookies
Sentava does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever wanted to introduce them, we would ask for your consent first — a real choice, with nothing pre-ticked. Declining would not limit your access to Sentava.
5. How to manage cookies
You can view, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If we ever add a consent panel to Sentava, you will be able to change your choices there at any time.
Note: blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in and using Sentava. Clearing preferences simply resets your language and theme to the defaults.
